The online price estimator provides a Real Time Eligibility check, which means it uses the patient’s member information to make a customized out of pocket price quote based on the member’s specific benefits at that point in time. However, these costs reflect only Novant Health facility fees and do not include Novant Health physician or ancillary provider fees – like anesthesia. There are several different factors that determine the final cost for healthcare services, including insurance coverage and benefits, out-of-pocket costs and professional provider fees.
