I grew up helping my father, who was a veterinarian. After a short time in veterinarian school, I realized my real desire was to take care of the pets' owners. I love working with my hands and building things, so orthopedic surgery was a natural fit.

This was the best physician experience I have had in a very long time. Dr. McCoy first listened to my complaints and then gave me several options for treatment. It was so refreshing to have a physician who actually listened and seemed to care for the details. Before I left he prayed with me which brought me to tears. I wouldn't consider my visit with Dr. McCoy an appointment. Instead I would consider it an experience. If I could give him a 20 out of 10 I would. Thank you to Dr. McCoy.
