Can I schedule specialty care with Novant Health?

Yes. You’ll have access to a wide range of specialty services, including heart and vascular, cancer, orthopedics, neurosciences, women’s health and more. Some specialties require a referral from your primary care physician. If you expect to need specialty care in 2027, you can explore your options now and learn how to schedule care once your Tier 1 benefits begin. For eligible surgeries, Episodes of Care, also known as Lantern, may provide $0 out-of-pocket surgical care when you use participating providers and meet program requirements.

Will my medical records be transferred to Novant Health?

Yes. We use Novant Health MyChart. After you schedule your first Novant Health appointment, you'll receive information about activating your Novant Health MyChart account. In many cases, your Novant Health care team can access the medical information needed to support your care. If additional records are needed, we'll guide you through any steps required to have them shared with your Novant Health care team. For assistance with MyChart, call our Novant Health MyChart customer service at 844-642-4699, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
