At Novant Health, we are committed to improving the quality of life for the communities we serve. One way we help ensure remarkable care is through providing financial assistance for our patients demonstrating financial need. Assistance is available for medically necessary services if you meet eligibility guidelines under each of our Financial Assistance policies.
If you are eligible for financial assistance, you will receive a discount for services based on the policy guidelines.

Visit the Financial Counseling office at any of Novant Health hospital locations to get an application or to get help with completing an application.

For NC facilities, you can also call Customer Service toll free and request a copy of the policy and an application be mailed to you.

For NC patients, you can apply for financial assistance by signing into your MyChart account and completing the application.
To get started, sign in to MyChart. If you do not have an account, sign up now.

Contact one of the Novant Health facilities for questions, to obtain copies of the financial assistance policy, application or other helpful resources, or for help completing the application.
Helping you manage your prescriptions
When your Novant Health clinician sends in a qualifying prescription, you may receive a helpful text message with a link to trusted medication information and possible savings.
This message comes from our partner, RxInform, and takes you to a secure website where you can:
