Welcome to Novant Health's student programs

Pipeline & Recruitment Programs connects students, academic partners and team members to exceptional educational and training opportunities throughout Novant Health and the healthcare industry. Our goal is to create and sustain a highly skilled, diverse and inclusive pipeline of professionals who will support Novant Health’s promise to deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time.

Before you begin your educational rotation, you will first need to talk with your faculty member to ensure that your university/school has:

1. An educational institution's Student Agreement (the school of pharmacy's letter of agreement is here) on file with Novant Health, Inc.

• General "Student Agreement"
• School of Pharmacy Student Agreement

2. If we do not have a Student Agreement on file, please have the school president, provost, chancellor, or appropriate designee sign the letter of agreement. Return the signed Letter of Agreement with a copy of your certificate of insurance to [email protected]

3. All students enrolled in an out-of-state educational program (North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia) must have their school provide proof of participation in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA).
