Eligibility criteria and requirements 

•   2.5 GPA
•   Household income $40,000 or less
•   Attend one of the partnering community colleges
•   Current resident

Student team members are an integral part of delivering world-class technology capabilities so that Novant Health can deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time. Students are given the opportunity to work with information technology (IT) teams and participate in short term, part-time paid assignments called "gigs."

The student team member program is for students interested in technology offering a year-round, part-time, paid and unpaid for credit internship program where you will have the opportunity to share your insights and have your voice heard in a collaborative and supportive environment while assisting our teams with driving execution on cutting-edge digital healthcare transformation related projects.
