For more than 20 years, we have offered comprehensive primary care to patients ages seven and older. We save same-day and next-day appointments for sick or injured patients, and we encourage annual checkups and vaccines to keep you as healthy as possible. Should you have a chronic condition such as hypertension or diabetes, our providers will help you manage it. We want to be your partner in good health now and for years to come.

Our clinic is on Long Point Road just off of Solana Way, near State Road S-10-97 and Interstate 526 (Mark Clark Expressway). You can reach us by taking Interstate 526 to State Road D-10-97 and heading west. We are convenient to Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms.
