If you or a loved one prefer to communicate in a language other than English, Novant Health is here for you. We are pleased to offer you access to interpreters who speak more than a dozen languages, all at no cost to you. When you use our toll-free numbers to contact a Novant Health acute care facility, you will be asked to choose one of these languages:

- Japanese
You will be connected to an interpreter who speaks your preferred language, and then to a Novant Health team member with your interpreter already on the line. You can trust you’re getting the information you need to make informed decisions about your health.
