Whether you are sick and need a provider to help you feel better, or you are well and looking for preventive care to stay that way, Novant Health High Tide Internal Medicine - Nexton is here for you. Our providers are dedicated to primary care for adults of all ages. They want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the care you need when you need it. That’s why you can see a provider as early as 7 a.m. so you can be seen before getting on with your day.

We have the information and tools necessary to care for both acute illnesses and injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes and weight concerns. We also encourage annual physicals and vaccines to help you stay as healthy as possible. And since we care for adults from age 18 through geriatrics, you can rely on our one clinic for care as you age.

Our clinic is on Nexton Square Drive just off of Rose Drive in Summerville. We are next to Summerville KinderCare. You can reach us by taking North Main Street (Highway 17 Alternate) to Brighton Park Boulevard and heading north to Rose Drive. We are close to Sangaree, Woodbridge, Lincolnville and Wide Awake.
