Whether you are looking to determine the cause of recurring headaches, you need help with a movement disorder, or you are seeking ongoing care for an issue such as Alzheimer’s disease or myasthenia gravis, our providers are here to help.

Our clinic is located off Fording Island Road (US-278), easily accessible from Buck Island Road and Plantation Park Drive. We're nested between the Rose Hill and Westbury Park neighborhoods just north of downtown Bluffton.

We also offer nerve conduction testing with electromyograms (EMG). This allows your provider to assess your nerve function as well as the electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles.
