Our clinic offers complete primary care services to patients ages 12 and older. We encourage annual physicals so your provider can monitor your ongoing health and address any small concerns before they become larger issues. We can help manage many common chronic illnesses including diabetes and high blood pressure. And should illness strike, we are here for you; we reserve same-day and next-day appointments for sick or injured patients whenever possible.

 

Our clinic is on Salterbeck Street in the Park West area of Mount Pleasant. We are between Park West Boulevard and Stockdale Street. You can reach us by taking Highway 17 North to Park West Boulevard. We are convenient to North Mount Pleasant, Wando, Awendaw and Isle of Palms.
