Huntersville Medical Center

Give the gift of time by becoming a Novant Health volunteer

The Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center volunteers provide community service appreciated by everyone they encounter. Volunteers enjoy camaraderie of being with others who share a similar interest in serving people in a healthcare setting. We hope you’ll consider joining this special group.

We are seeking volunteers who have a heart for service, thrive in a team environment and have excellent customer service skills. Successful adult candidates can commit to at least one year of volunteer service (minimum 4-hour shift each week).

As a volunteer you may:

  • Visit patients to ask about non-medical needs and offer emotional support
  • Provide non-clinical assistance to various departments within the hospital
  • Greet patients and visitors in our lobby areas
  • Assist patients and visitors with directions and help them find their way

If you enjoy interacting with people and serving others, please consider volunteering at Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center. Our volunteers know the rewards of helping others and making a difference in someone else's life.
