Making our communities healthier through education
The Presbyterian Retiree Group STAT ( Service/Talent/Action/Together) was started in 1996 as a corporate retiree volunteer program, with Presbyterian Healthcare, Corporate Liaison, Retiree Leadership Team, and the National Retiree Volunteer Coalition all participating.
Our vision statement is to make our communities healthier through education, with attention to the environment and safety, thereby improving quality of life.
Our purposes are to use the skills and expertise of the retirees, enhance their lives, develop working partnerships with other community agencies, create opportunities for communication and fellowship, and support Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center’s ongoing commitment to the health of our community.
