Every staff member was kind and welcoming. The doctor was outstanding, took his time to explain everything, and made me feel like I was important.

Dr Robert Bradley Thomason is a Professional in Every Since of The Word, I Couldn’t ask or Expect Him to Be Anything Except a Polished Professional Beth his Assistant is a Professional arm of his Care… The additional assistants are all Top Notchers !

The provider was amazing! He walked right up to me, shock my hand and introduced himself. He pulled up his chair to sit closer and communicated in a manner I could understand. He even had pictures! I came in scared and nervous but left with a smile. My daughter doesn't mind driving to Winston Salem to see Dr. Thamason!

No matter where I go in the Novant system, I’m always treated with courtesy and respect. From the receptionist, RN’s, Technicians, to the Doctors themselves. Doesn’t matter if it’s with my Primary Doctor or all the Specialists I see.
