I did not just check 5 all the way down. Dr Thomason did all of these things & did them well. I was a wreck walking in there. He listened to every question & didnt rush me through them. He repeated the information I needed to hear again. His explanations were accompanied, when needed with visuals. This especially was nice. It's hard to take in all the "words" sometimes. A quick sketch showed me exactly what he was saying. However I think the best thing during the visit was that Dr Thomason smiled. You'd be surprised how much that matters. The entire staff at this location smiled.
