While I didn't like not being addressed when walking in, Julia Truman was so wonderful and have told others about my experience with her.

Julia was awesome. Always a pleasure to work with.

Julia was wonderful, excellent bedside manner, very easy to talk to.

I'm not sure it was her fault that she was in a rush or not. It could have been a scheduling problem. She was nice but told me she would not have time to discuss other methods of Birth Control.
