Ms. Truman was precepting/ orienting an MD. He engaged with eye contact, smiled, listened and recommended. After he first consult with me alone, he came back with Ms. Truman still bubbly and attempted to engage with her regarding a personal concern that I had but immediately gave him coldness. This is my second experience with her. Her personality is one that lacks luster for sure. She rarely smiles which is very off putting. I will cont to come to this office but will be choosing a different provider.

Would recommend Ms Truman as a good medical professional but would warn others about my experience. Would tell them to be assertive if they are in pain and are being rescheduled for any reason.
