We have been with Jennifer Layton for over 10 years and love her. She listens and asks great questions regarding our health. Plus, we know if we just have a question, we can send a message through MyChart and she responds very quickly. The rest of the staff are always kind and respectful.

She also asks if there are questions about each topic we discuss. As part of the wrapping up process, she asks if there are any questions about anything we did or did not discuss. I think Ms Layton is great.

Amazing experience! I sent a MyChart message at 7:10. The front desk called me at 7:20 and I was on a video visit with the provider at 7:45. I had my prescription by 8:15. This is all before typical health care office hours. This is how health care should be delivered!

This was my first time seeing this nurse and PA - both were WONDERFUL and so personable. I did not feel judged or rushed, which is normally how I feel leaving an appointment. The desk staff was also very courteous, kind, and personable!

My PA is a person whom I completely trust. She not only hears me, but listens and helps me find solutions. I am personally going through a tough time and she let me know she is really here for me. This is something so rare these days. Huge praise goes out to Jennifer Layton.
