I've been a patient of Payton for 4 years and although I used to sit in the waiting room for a while and she's always booked almost a month out a majority of the time it's definitely worth it because she listens to you and she makes sure all of my questions are answered and she give you all of her attention and she's very good at what she does. My most recent visit I did not sit in the waiting room for more than 1 minute and was taken back to a room before my actual appointment time.

This was my first time and I felt I was listened to and that there were options I have if I continue to have certain issues. Very thoughtful and didn’t feel rushed at all.

Visit covered all health questions and plan of action. Provider was professional and personable. Easy to discuss health questions with provider who had knowledge and took time to answer all questions

I have never had a bad experience here. This place and its medical team is a big reason I have stayed in the area and not relocated to another part of Charlotte. Y’all are fantastic.

Payton Seagrave has been my care provider for the past couple years after my doctor left Moving for career changes. I needed to find someone new I found Payton. She is by far one of the best medical providers I have had. She's concerned and understands my issues and refers me to what specialist necessary. As far as the other staff members including the Lab Corp are all friendly professionals who also has your concerns in care.
