As an AA female, Payton has always made me feel heard and seen. She takes my concerns seriously and remembers small details about my personal life. Payton takes the time to listen and educate. She had a trainee who was attentive as well and made me comfortable.

Everyone was professional and courteous, we are always pleased with this office and have been going there for 20 years.

Both my nurse and my doctor went out of their way to make sure that my appointment was covered by insurance without me asking. They definitely go above and beyond to take care of patients in that way, preventing me from accidentally getting charged. Everyone at the Huntersville location is welcoming and extremely helpful!

I've been a patient of Payton for 4 years and although I used to sit in the waiting room for a while and she's always booked almost a month out a majority of the time it's definitely worth it because she listens to you and she makes sure all of my questions are answered and she give you all of her attention and she's very good at what she does. My most recent visit I did not sit in the waiting room for more than 1 minute and was taken back to a room before my actual appointment time.

This was my first time and I felt I was listened to and that there were options I have if I continue to have certain issues. Very thoughtful and didn’t feel rushed at all.
