The staff was professional, friendly, and I was seen on time. As always, I was thoroughly checked by Dr. Gandhi and she was prepared for my visit. She takes time to answer my questions, and addresses my concerns offering solutions, and doesn’t rush to get me out.

This practice has been so helpful medically and emotionally. I have dealt with several skin cancers over the past 14 months and could not hope for more compassion and expert care. I was a new patient who had an urgent need. They fit me in the day I called. From the time I walked it, it was a very pleasant experience. The front receptionist was friendly and efficient. The staff member that took the initial info was very nice even offered me some water. Dr Gandhi was very pleasant and thorough. Seemed concerned with my issue and reaching a resolution. I appreciate the care this facility provided me yesterday. I will return for future issues if needed and move my annual full body scan to this Novant facility.
