I moved to the north side of Greensboro. I regard this office and provider (Dr. Spencer) worth the drive to 400 Jonestown Rd. I’m always pleased and feel like I’m in good hands there. I’m listened to, I’m cared for, I’m a person and not just a medical record number.

Very little wait time. Staff easy to talk to and professional. Dr. Spencer is easy to talk to, has a wonderful manner, and I trust his judgment concerning my recentt medical issue. I never feel rushed.

I loved Dr Spencer and he better not retire on me. He was nice and caring. Him and his nurse was very respectful. I felt safe and cared about. I will be referring him to to my friends and co workers.

The entire staff at this facility is amazing. The receptionists, nurses, phlebotomist, and doctors are ALWAYS amazing! I recommend this practice to people all the time. In regard to my recent visit, Dr. Spencer was amazing. He listened to my concerns and provided me with care that was specific to my needs. I appreciate his care and concern. In addition, the receptionist who took my call remembered me when I arrived and went out of her way to ask me how my appointment went. I am sorry that I cannot recall her name, but her desk is the first one on the corner closest to the front door. She was so incredibly kind and caring.
