Doctor talked to me to assure I was in no immediate danger and he would take proper precautions to regulate my blood pressure. As a result I was able to go home confident I was okay.

Routine follow up for diabetes 4 month checkup. Asked several questions each which was answered fully helping me understand causes and options for addressing. Feel very comfortable with Dr Spencer's knowledge and how he communicates with me.

This practice is staffed by caring, skilled professionals. Novant could use this practice as a role model and be well served. Dr. Spencer was, as always, everything you could want in a family doctor. The nurse and the lab technician treated me as a person as well as a patient. I came away knowing I'd had excellent care and a good overview of how to stay as healthy as possible in the future.

Dr. Spencer is a truly gifted primary care physician. He is professional and never makes me feel less than completely comfortable. He is also a very good listener and he is never condescending no matter the observation.

I recently moved to NC from GA. I had the greatest team of physicians there and was almost more sad about leaving them than leaving my home from birth state. I was apprehensive about find the same care and feel but I think I have with Dr Stephenson and this practice. Everyone is so pleasant and to me that almost seems as important as anything else. I do feel I am getting excellent medical care at this time.

There was a trainee there that greeted me, her smile lit up the room and put me at ease from the moment is got there. Here name was Judith. The nurse who took my blood listened carefully and did a great job as well! Great doctor and staff!
