I have a lot of confidence in this doctor and she makes me feel at ease and a great bedside manner

This was my first visit with Dr. Shaffer I was very impressed with her service, prior communication with my other care givers and the choices she gave me. Afterwards she allowed me to make MY OWN DECISION. Other family members came with me. I look forward to our next visit.
