Support the Women’s & Children’s Hospital

You make a difference.

Betty H. Cameron Women’s & Children’s Hospital is committed to providing compassionate, family-centered care for children in our community. And you can help support us and be part of these efforts in a number of ways.

Toy Donations

We welcome donations of toys and other items for children of all ages – from newborns to age 18. Your gift will help us bring comfort and brighten a child’s day

How to donate toys and children’s gifts

  • All donated items must be new, non-violent and non-religious in nature
  • You can also purchase a gift from the Child Life wish list on Amazon and have it sent directly to us

If you have questions about making a donation, please email Michele Erich or call 910-667-7297

Support Our Foundation

If you prefer to make a financial gift to support Betty H. Cameron Women’s & Children’s Hospital, please make an online donation to the New Hanover Regional Medical Center Foundation.  Your tax-deductible gift will help support programs and resources for our community’s women’s and children’s families.

Volunteering at Betty H. Cameron Women’s & Children’s Hospital

Our volunteers play an important role in making connections with our patients and their loved ones. Often, they are the first people those arriving at our facilities will meet. As a volunteer, you provide a valuable service to our community, and, in return, have the opportunity to make friends, learn new skills and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Recognize a Special Team Member

If you want to thank a special member of our team at Betty H. Cameron Women’s & Children’s Hospital, consider nominating them for special recognition. The Daisy Award and The Sunshine Award are ways you can highlight someone who went out of their way to care for you and your family.
