Our imaging center is off of South Tryon Street, west of Steele Creek Road. We are convenient to southwest Charlotte, Lake Wylie and Fort Mill.

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

Screening mammograms do not require a provider’s order. You can schedule a screening mammogram online, or call 704-384-7226.

For any other imaging service, have a provider involved in your care order the service. Once we receive the order, a scheduler will contact you, or you can call our scheduling team directly to schedule.

X-rays are available on a walk-in basis Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You do not need an appointment.

Screening mammogram patients using MyChart can eCheck In prior to your visit, and complete a breast history form on MyChart.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

What to bring

• Your photo ID
• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
