Appointments
Scheduling your visit
If you would like to complete an imaging procedure at our location, have a provider involved in your care order the service you need. A scheduler will contact you once we receive that order, or you can call our scheduling team directly to schedule.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.
What to bring
- Your photo ID
- Your insurance card
- Your method of copayment or payment in full
- Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
