Whether you are looking into a health concern or need imaging services to see the effects of a treatment, Novant Health Imaging Ballantyne is here for you. Our imaging center offers state of the art imaging technology including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computer-assisted tomography (CT) services. You will find us in Ballantyne Corporate Park off of Ballantyne Commons Parkway. We’re easily reached from Johnston Road and Interstate 485, and are convenient to south Charlotte and Indian Land.

Appointments

Scheduling your visit

To have an imaging service at our location, please have a provider involved in your care order the service you need. Once we receive the order, a scheduler will contact you, or you can call our scheduling team directly to schedule.

You do not need an appointment for X-ray services. Those are available on a first come, first served basis, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time. Bring:

• Your insurance card
• Your method of copayment or payment in full
• Any requisition/imaging order form you have received from your provider
