Visiting hours
Huntersville Medical Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is an information desk located inside our main lobby staffed by courteous professionals who are ready to assist you. If you need help locating a patient’s room number or a map to find a particular area within our facility, they will be more than happy to help.
Calling Huntersville Medical Center
You can locate a patient or a visitor by calling 704-316-4000. This number is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Due to patient confidentiality, operators do not report on the conditions of patients. They may, however, transfer calls to a nurse's station.
Visitor dining
Our dining facility, located on the first floor, is named the Thank You Café because we can't tell you enough how much we appreciate you. The Thank You Café offers hot entrees, grilled sandwiches, deli items, soups, salads and desserts. If you would like a breath of fresh air, we have an outdoor courtyard, in addition to inside seating.
We are open seven days a week with the following hours:
Weekdays:
Breakfast: 7 to 10 a.m.
Lunch and dinner: 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Grill: 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Weekends:
Breakfast: 7 to 10 a.m.
Lunch and dinner: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Seattle's Best Coffee
Seattle's Best Coffee is brewed freshly onsite at our convenient coffee shop, which is open from 6 to 11:30 a.m. and noon to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. Visit the kiosk near the cafeteria for coffee, lattes and other beverages.
Gift shop
Located on the first floor of the hospital our gift shop offers a variety of flowers, balloons, greeting cards, candy, gifts, baby items and toiletries.
Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Sending patient mail and flowers
When sending a patient mail or flowers, please add the patient’s name to the corresponding hospital address. Our mailroom staff will locate the patient’s room number from the hospital database. Mail received after a patient’s discharge will be forwarded to the patient’s home.
