We will automatically call you to schedule your next refill. We will make three attempts to reach you when a refill is due. We will call you seven days prior to your refill date. If you do not answer, we will schedule another call three days later. If we have not reached you after two attempts, we will call you once more on the date your refill is due. We offer free financial assistance services to help qualifying patients access foundations, grants and manufacturers’ free drug programs.

We have state-licensed pharmacists available to answer your medication questions. This is another benefit for allowing us to fill all your medication needs.

If you are a new patient, drop by any of our pharmacy locations with your prescriptions. We will collect your insurance information and set you up as a patient. You can also ask your doctor to send your next prescription to a Novant Health pharmacy location. If you have prescriptions at another pharmacy, you can call our customer service and we'll help you transfer your existing prescriptions to a Novant Health pharmacy.
