Healthcare is more convenient than ever with MyChart's newest tools. Look for these new tools when you log on to your MyChart account:
Stay up-to-date on recommended preventive care at every age and stage with MyChart’s preventive care feature.
The tool tracks recommended vaccines and procedures based on your age and health and will even send reminders if you’re overdue for any preventive care measures.
Make sure you’re up-to-date by navigating to “Preventive Care” under the “Health” tab of your MyChart account.
If your provider has set wellness goals for you — losing weight, managing high blood pressure or other conditions, etc. — you can use MyChart’s Goals feature to track your progress. The Goals feature charts completed goals over time to show you exactly how you’re doing on your journey to wellness.
Access the Goals tool by logging into your MyChart account and navigating to your “Plan of Care” under the “Health” tab. If you don’t have any goals set, talk to your provider about leveraging this powerful tool for your health.

Manage your prescriptions
Take the guesswork out of taking your medications with MyChart. Track your treatment details from anywhere, and request prescription refills with the tap of a button.
Go to Health > Medications to see all of your current medications in one place. You can see details for each medication, including the prescribed dosage, instructions and the physician who prescribed the medication.
You can view additional information about a medication, such as precautions to consider when taking the medication and potential side effects, by clicking the Learn More link. To request a refill from the medication list, click Request Refills.
With MyChart, you can view test results as soon as they become available, rather than waiting for a phone call or letter from your physician. To view test results, go to Health > Test Results. Select a test to see more information about it, such as the standard range for the result and any additional comments your provider may have entered about the result.
Your test results are released to your MyChart account after your physician has reviewed them. This is generally within one to 12 days.
Your provider is able to determine what types of test results can be accessed through MyChart. Tests of a sensitive nature are not released to MyChart.
