On-site support resources and remote support resources will be available to you during the Dimensions Acute go-live, and remote support resources will also be available before and after go-live. This information is forthcoming. The below support resources are currently available to you:

• For questions about Dimensions Acute training, please call the Novant Health support center toll free 1-866-966-8268 and press '0' or email your question and preferred contact for a response to dimensionsacutetraining@novanthealth.org (allow up to a 48 hour turnaround)
• For questions about Dimensions Direct or PhoneFactor, please email access-dimensions@novanthealth.org (allow up to a 48 hour turnaround)
• For questions about NH Link, please email nhlink@novanthealth.org
