Novant Health is proud to offer the Tenure Program, powered by Novant Health Provider Insurance Protected Cell.
This unique program offers a financial incentive for eligible physicians and APPs based on factors like years of service that accumulates over time. In addition to benefiting from significantly lower malpractice insurance premiums and robust malpractice benefits, eligible physicians and APPs will receive an additional lump sum payout when retiring from Novant Health.
