We also offer the Retirement Plus Plan, which enables you to make pre-tax and after-tax contributions to a 403(b) account. Novant Health contributes to your retirement through a dollar for dollar match of the first 6% you contribute to the Plan. Eligibility for the matching contribution begins on the date of hire.
Novant Health Medical Group provides eligible physicians with the following paid leaves of absence:
- Six weeks of maternity leave, to include two weeks for birth recovery and four weeks parental leave for bonding
- Four weeks of parental leave for birth or adoption
- One week of caregiver leave for the care of your spouse, dependent child(ren) or parent
