Our providers treat wounds including diabetic ulcers in patients of all ages, and offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients 18 and older for soft-tissue radiation injuries and certain non-healing wounds. If you have a wound that has not healed or is getting worse four to six weeks after an injury or a surgery, or if you have a wound that has resisted healing for months or years, we have the best tools available to help you heal. As a department of Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center, we work closely with other specialists to give you access to comprehensive, high-quality care.

Our clinic is on the campus of Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center on South Hawthorne Road in Winston-Salem. We are easily reached from Silas Creek Parkway, South Stratford Road (Highway 158) as well as Highway 421 and Interstate 40. We are close to Lewisville, Clemmons and Bermuda Run.
