Nurse Requirements Checklist

Print the following checklist to document the completion of your orientation requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Non-Novant Health worker education (orientation and annual mandatory education): when you complete the module, print and save the paperwork. You will need to provide a copy to your supervisor as proof of your completion of this education.
• Medication Safety module (long version)

Dimensions (EPIC) RN Test-Out

• Submit the inpatient critical care, medical surgical and behavioral health RN EPIC test-out request
• Submit the emergency department RN EPIC test-out request

If you have sufficient previous EPIC experience, additional instructions will be sent via the email address you provide. You must complete the appropriate survey by no later than Monday at noon the week prior to starting at Novant Health.
