Career Path Planning
Welcome to Novant Health’s career path planning program.
We are excited to offer team members an upcoming opportunity to chart a course within the organization for career path planning and development. Team members who choose to participate will prepare and own their career path plan for internal growth and advancement or to enhance performance in a current role.
Program Benefits
This program provides the opportunity to:
- Reflect on your career, determine where you want to go with it and make a plan to get there
- Clarify personal and career values
- Work through personal and career assessments
- Receive mentoring
- Understand the knowledge, skills, personal characteristics and experience required to progress
Eligibility
All team members are eligible, up to and including assistant managers and supervisors.
