Novant Health HR Benefits and MedVenta are partnering to enhance the Healthy Lifestyles Program in 2026 to all team members and their dependents. The enhancements will connect members with smarter, guided chronic condition management and pharmacy care — bridging well-being and medications to improve health outcomes. You will still meet with a pharmacist, have the opportunity to qualify for cost-saving benefits, and there will be more opportunities for team members and dependents to enroll throughout the year.

MedVenta Health Solutions (MedVenta), launched by Novant Health, is a clinician-led pharmacy solutions company dedicated to partnering with patients and providers to improve care delivery and deliver better health outcomes.

Mediful, MedVenta's pharmacist-driven population health program, is partnering with Novant Health Human Resources to provide comprehensive chronic disease support that bridges well-being, medication and outcomes.

Team members and dependents can access the Healthy Lifestyles Program enrollment form starting Jan. 5, 2026; the form will be available for team members and dependents at any time throughout the year.

You will receive a confirmation email after you submit the consent to participate and enrollment form. You will also receive a MyChart message confirming your eligibility and to schedule your initial appointment. This is how you’ll know you’ve successfully enrolled. 

If you participated in the Healthy Lifestyles Program in 2025, please complete your appointments as scheduled with your current pharmacist.

All Healthy Lifestyles Program appointments are virtual visits with a Zoom or telephone option.

You will be scheduled with the best correlating pharmacist based on the state of your condition management and current providers. Once you submit the program enrollment form, a member of the Healthy Lifestyles Program team will contact you via MyChart to schedule appointments. 

The number of times you need to meet with your pharmacist during the year depends on your condition and how well you are managing it. View the requirements table for your condition in the "Program requirements" section to learn more.

If you miss an appointment, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule. If you cancel, miss or reschedule more than two appointments, your program benefits will be turned off until you complete an appointment with your pharmacist.

To receive the $0 copay benefit, fill your prescription at any local Walgreens or Novant Health pharmacy location.

If you would like to transfer other medications to the Novant Health employee pharmacy, call them at 910-663-7755.

You cannot participate in the Healthy Lifestyle Program if you decline the consent for access to your electronic health record when you enroll. In order to participate, you must consent to allow access to your electronic health record. This access is a critical piece of your participation: MyChart is how your program pharmacist will communicate with you between appointments, share information with your primary care provider, and have access to information needed to help you manage your diabetes and/or hypertension. 

Members of the MedVenta team — pharmacists and pharmacy ancillary staff — will have access to your records after you sign the enrollment consent. Your care team will use medical records exclusively for scheduling and treatment purposes. Your health information will be kept secure following all Novant Health privacy standards; information will be accessed following minimum necessary access.
