Welcome to Novant Health’s career path planning program
We are excited to offer team members an upcoming opportunity to chart a course within the organization for career path planning and development. Team members who choose to participate will prepare and own their career path plan for internal growth and advancement or to enhance performance in a current role.
Program benefits

- You will clarify personal and career values as well as work through personal and career assessments, receive mentoring, and understand the knowledge, skills, personal characteristics, and experience required to progress.
Eligibility
- All team members are eligible up to and including assistant managers and supervisors
