A very reassuring visit

The reception staff was kind and helpful. I was especially impressed with Keisha and with Mary Hamrick. They are empathic and were willing to listen to our concerns. Mary especially so as she explained to my mom her condition and her at home safety plan. Everyone we encountered during our visit was kind and seemed genuinely interested in my mom's well being

Mary Beam Hamrick is by far the most competent and qualified PA I've encountered over the past 10 years at NHRMC. Her demeanor and willingness to professionally address all of my concerns was very much appreciated. Novant needs to make sure deserved employees like Mary are recognized and retained. She's in a class by herself.
