Mary Hamrick was beyond excellent. Her wonderful outgoing personality immediately eased my comfort zone. Recognizing me from 3 years prior in another facility was amazing as she remembered details about my life beyond my medical concerns. Her great listening skills and eye contact made me feel like an individual and not just a number. She not only explained things in terms that I could understand, she showed respect for my input into my health care and treatment. She was most patient and not rushed as she allowed me to ask about other medical concerns and made suggestions. Besides being very knowledgeable , she shows kindness and compassion which is very important to me as a senior. She made this a very positive experience for me.
