The people at Cottswald medical clinic, which is Novant are incredible everyone there from the front to the back treat you with care and listen to everything you have to say Dr. Mueller is my provider and he is incredible. His triage nurse Julie is also unbelievable along with everyone else thank you for all you do.

It?s always been a positive experience when going to my pulmonary care appointments. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Courtney always seems happy to see me and is very thorough with my exam. She spends a lot of time answering my questions and giving me advice. I look forward to seeing her.

I had an issue with “2” road closures and the team worked with me - when I was there I still was not rushed and felt I was listened to by my PA - Courtney!!

The new nurse practitioner I saw was a very please well inform pleasant an made me feel like she really cared personally about my care very happy experience

Would have been better if I seen the Dr. Instead of being seen diagnosed, then given another appointment to see the Dr. Who dose the procedure.

Courtney Powell is exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. She asked detailed questions to learn my symptoms and then offer solutions. She is personable and friendly.

Courtney Powell could not have been more caring and professional. She listened to all of my concerns with compassion and understanding. She prescribed the medicine I needed to resolve my issue and ordered an X-ray to ensure that I did not have pneumonia. I felt respected and treated extremely well. I would be comfortable being seen by Mrs, Powell when I could not see Dr. McCrea.

I live about 30 miles away and Charlotte is hard for me at my age. I have gotten doctors closest to me. Courtney Powell is the one that I have kept in Charlotte. As long as I am able to go to Charlotte this is the one doctor that I will keep. I have all the confidence in the world in her.

I accidentally missed my appointment time which was distressing however when I called about it the office rescheduled immediately for the same Day which was appreciated.

It seems the medical profession has lost a personal touch, that it is simply a business as opposed to a caring institution. When I started with Novant with Dr. Marsoni, I felt there was a personal concern about my health issue. Now I feel I am a “ get her in/get her out” customer.
