Dr. Lai is fantastic! I feel like he listens to my concerns and addresses them in a professional manner with my long term health in mind. He is knowledgeable and makes me feel like I am a real partner in my care. Dr. Lai and the staff in the office are a great example of what healthcare should feel like. Please don’t change a thing!!

Dr Lai is a great doctor. It felt I was just talking with a friend about my health. He made the initial visit an ease for a usual nervous person like me. Overly pleased about having him as my physician continuing forward.

My provider seemed very rushed. It was my first time meeting with him (first time at Novant) and I felt like I couldn't ask all of my questions because he was hurrying me out. He also was not very compassionate, just straight to the point.
