The service was prompt and professional. My doctor listened to my issues and came up with a plan with me. Set my expectations and made necessary referrals and prescriptions.

The reception staff is absolutely amazing! I’m so excited to find an office I fit at! Dr. Lai was great also, I felt very comfortable with him, and he really listened to me. Only down side I would have to say is that I overheard the nurse talking about me when she left the room. But everything else was amazing.

Dr J and his assistant are always a pleasure. It's nice to have a healthcare provider that actually listens, seems on top of the latest nutrition information, and doesn't mince words. There are a tonne of in network providers that are not a half hour drive from my home, but it is worth the trip.

The doctor was very personable. Unlike other doctors I’ve had in the past, I had a lot of eye contact with the doctor, and he listened intently and was completely engaged.

Miss Kayla at check-in was personable, pleasant and very thorough. I was nervous about establishing care with a new provider, but Dr. Lai was very kind. His approach is calming and serious with an understanding nature and highly informative in a small about of time. He made sure to establish understanding of treatment as well as opening the floor for questions. I didn't get the young lady's name at check-out, but she was very helpful as well in getting my next appointment scheduled and ensuring to scroll through appointments to find a best fit for me. I'm happy to add these kind people to my care team!
