My journey to pediatrics started early with a third-grade assignment, when I wrote that I would grow up to be a pediatrician. I spent my childhood "doctoring" stuffed animals and knew from a young age that I had a natural calling toward medicine and working with children. A family member in medicine helped shape that path.

One of my favorite things about pediatrics is getting to know children and their families. Watching families grow, helping children move through various developmental stages...
