Doctor Wilson is the best!!!! She really listened to me and gave me several solutions. She didnt persuade me one way or the other on solutions but let it be my decision

I had a very upsetting experience with this provider. At my visit, I was given a serious, life-altering "most likely" diagnosis that I was not presenting the exact symptoms for, with almost no discussion of other possible explanations. When I became overwhelmed and started crying, the doctor simply left the room without offering reassurance, support, or any hopeful context.Days later, my test results came back completely normal, proving that the likely diagnosis I was given was incorrect. The emotional distress caused by being told something so severe - without thorough evaluation, compassion, or alternatives was significant and unnecessary.I hope this feedback encourages more careful listening, better diagnostic consideration, and improved bedside manner for future patients. No one should walk away feeling dismissed, hopeless, or misdiagnosed.
