Staff was very efficient. Clean environment. Doctor was very attentive, listened to my concerns and arranged for treatment. More information could have been provided when the appointment was made such as the address, But that was provided in the confirmation call.

I'm so thankful for Joyce. She is thoughtful, has a wonderful bed side manner, and provided a clear path moving forward for my care. This is what I wish every experience at the doctors' office could be like.

I really enjoyed coming inside the building, the building was very clean. The workers were all so nice and respectful. I was really nervous about going but I am so happy I am using Novant for my back issues. Plus, the doctor called me at home and wanted me to get a brace for my foot. I really appreciate the one on one care I received. Thank you!

I appreciate that the doctor listens to me and ask me questions about my visit. I like that fact that she cares and tells me if I show any signs of pain to call the office right away and schedule an appointment. I appreciate that she answers my questions about concerns that I might have or have.

Very organized, very intent on a complete explanation of what will happen and when. Also answered my questions so that I understood the process completely.

I'm sad to say that I'm moving away from the area and will miss being a patient here. They helped me alot.

When I heard I was seeing an NP instead of a Dr. I was apprehensive. However I was exceptionally impressed with her knowledge about my back. She was very detailed while she was troubleshooting issues on my back. She was very communicative as to what she was doing etc. my wife went with me. We were both very impressed with Joyce’s knowledge, personality, detailed plans for different scenarios, etc. I am very glad she’s the one working on me. What an awesome NP!

Dr. Joyce was so respectful, knowledgeable and patient! It was one of most positive experiences I've had with a medical provider.
