Joyce actually let me talk. She actually listened to everything I said. She actually showed me my x rays and explained them. She was solution focused and addressed all of my concerns. She was not dismissive. I don't like when providers think they are the expert on your body..I am the expert of my body. I felt respected in that by Joyce. I felt like I didn't waste a copay. I'm actually feeling better since my visit.
