Dr. Joyce was so respectful, knowledgeable and patient! It was one of most positive experiences I've had with a medical provider.

This was my first time. I was so scared and worried about meeting a new doctor and over my health and medicine. But when I walk in through the door everyone was so pleasant, nice, and very welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone

Dr. Joyce very much informed me about the treatment. She also gave me the true facts.

I felt that Dr. Joyce cared about my wellness overall and not just immediate treatment. She was familiar with my medical issues which gave me assurance that my treatment was personalized to me. The entire staff were professional kind and courteous. I walked slow due to pain and they slowed down and encouraged me to take my time and not feel rushed. I felt like Dr. Joyce did not rush my treatment and she answered my questions. She also took note that I had some memory loss and assured me she would respond if I had questions or forgot anything we discussed. I feel like I am in the best medical hands and my stress level has decreased tremendously, I feel safe, and I feel that I will receive appropriate medical care regarding my back, spine, and recovery / healing.

My condition was explained in terms I could understand. X-rays were shown and questions answered about them. I felt very good about the visit.

She understood my reluctance to have a certain treatment and we agreed to a alternative treatment

Joyce was kind, compassionate and caring and very knowledgeable. She helped me so much and I truly appreciate her care!!!
