I was very confused going into my appointment but the Dr. Took her time and explained to me in detail, so I left feeling informed and better understanding

Dr. Das is such an amazing provider who takes her time and really makes you feel comfortable. She explains well and really listens.

Dr Das is amazing. I felt so heard and understood - she took the time to listen and explain and she eased all of my concerns. I love how she explained the "why" behind why certain symptoms were happening. Would recommend Dr Das to everyone!

I had a great experience with Dr Das and every person from the lab tech to the MA. Every one was professional, personable and kind. You can tell Dr. Das wants to stay upbeat and thorough. It was as good of an experience as it could’ve been.

I appreciate the Novant doctors. They are doing a great job.

I felt like Dr. Das did not listen to my concerns or try to help figure out a solution. Every answer was simply “well that’s just how it is.” When a patient is concerned and frustrated about something feeling like it is swept under the rug is not how to answer or handle it. I don’t feel like I got any real answers and will not be scheduling with this doctor again! I would rather wait longer for an appointment than to feel that way at an appointment again! And she never sent in the prescription needed after my appointment and I have had to follow up after almost a week.

My sonographer was one of the friendliest ones i have ever had! She was soo cheerful and made my experience awesome!! My doctor was fantastic and met all my needs! So glad i found this location!
